By accessing or using Ocevrya's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Ocevrya provides done-for-you outbound systems for B2B service businesses, including prospect list building, personalized outreach creation and delivery, reply management, and meeting scheduling.

Engagement Terms

Our standard engagement is billed per booked, qualified call. Specific pricing, volume commitments, and terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Ocevrya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
